Drag Prom!

It’s time for the Robbins Library Third Annual Drag Prom!! Come for a night of dancing, food, drag performances, and a celebration of everything LGBTQ! Rainbows, sequins, bowties, vests, come in your finest or dress at the prom in some of the awesome donated clothes. Let’s party! Drag Prom is for grades 6-12, all identities welcome but must be supportive of the LGBTQ community.

Drag Prom is generously brought to you by Friends of the Robbins Library, Fashion at the Fox, Queer Mystic LGBTQ+ Youth Support Network, Arlington Rainbow Commission, Arlingtion Council on Aging, Food Link, Arlington Center for the Arts, and the Arlington Housing Authority in partnership with Waltham Public Library, Cambridge Public Library and Newton Free Library with generous donations by Lara Elena Donnelly (Amberlough), Meg Elison (Book of the Unnamed Midwife), Jill Seidenstein, Trace Yulie, Erin Cashier, and from Queer Exchange Boston. Thanks again to the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, to our Prom King and Queen, Jayden Jamison KA St. James and Shampayne, and DJ BFG for brings the beats. And to Gay for Good for being the most excellent chaperones and Arlington Youth Counselling Center for keeping us calm.
