Elevating Arlington’s Voices of Color: Telling Your Story of Race in Arlington

A joint project of the Office of the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and the Robbins Library, Elevating Arlington’s Voices gives a place for BIPOC residents of Arlington to tell their own stories of race in Arlington. In this three-part workshop participants will write about their observations and experiences in a safe, supportive setting. Lynette Benton, published writer and frequent instructor of Robbins writing courses, will lead the workshops and offer writing prompts and feedback, encouragement, and guidance as participants craft their stories to share experiences of life in Arlington.
