Queer Book Group (QBG) Reads… When They Call You A Terrorist
April 28 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
This month QBG reads the memoir When They Call You A Terrorist: A Black Lives Matter Memoir by Patrisse Khan-Cullors and Asha Bandele – with a foreword by Angela Davis.
“A memoir by the co-founder of the Black Lives Matter movement explains the movement’s position of love, humanity, and justice, challenging perspectives that have negatively labeled the movement’s activists while calling for essential political changes.”
Copies of the book are available at the Robbins Library Circulation Desk to pick up – just ask a staff member for this month’s QBG book! Queer Book Group / Social reads great LGBTQ-themed books, both fiction and non-fiction, and hosts LGBTQ-themed social events. New members are welcome!
