TEDxRobbinsLibrary: Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness

July 7, 2017 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Join us for our monthly TED viewing and discussion. Bring a lunch and watch 3 pre recorded TED talks on a theme. This month we’ll watch and discuss:Jim Yong Kim with “Doesn’t everyone deserve a chance at a good life?”, Dalia Mogahed with “The attitudes that sparked Arab Spring”, and Robert Waldinger on “What makes a good life? Lessons from the longest study on happiness”. TED is a nonprofit devoted to spreading ideas, usually in the form of short, powerful talks 18 minutes or less. A brown bag lunch is welcomed.
