Kids can sign up for Summer Reading throughout the summer. Children receive a free book for registering for Summer Reading and a 2nd free book after completing 10 hours of reading or listening. Come into either the Robbins Library or Fox Branch Library to collect your book or come to our outdoor Garden Giveaways (Winfield Robbins Memorial Garden, weather permitting) on July 28 from 4-5:30 (stay for our outdoor concert) and August 8 from 2:00-3:30.

Keep track of the time that you read or listen with our Kids Summer Reading Tracking Log.

How can I vote for the Summer Reading New England Animal mascot?
This summer you can vote for one of three New England animals every time you complete 10 hours of reading. Come into either the Robbins Library or Fox Branch Library and vote for a skunk, a woodpecker or a toad with a marble. We’ll announce the winner at the end of the summer.
