Help Choose the Next ART Book

We are seeking nominations for the ART 2027 book pick. Have you read a book that inspired you? Have an idea for a great community read book that will encourage discussion and connection? Please share it with us via this form or in person at the library by August 24, 2026.

Since 2002, the annual Arlington Reads Together program has inspired the community to come together to learn and engage with inspiring ideas through book discussions, author talks, and events for children, teens, and adults. Now entering its 25th year, the Arlington Reads Together program strives to connect people through a shared reading experience and strengthen bonds within our town.

We invite you to submit nominations for books that made you laugh, made you think, and made you want to discuss the title with a friend. We also encourage you to think about how your book might lend itself to related library events and programs and inspire the community to come to their library. We look forward to seeing recommended reads from the community as you help us pick the book for Arlington Reads Together in 2027!

Questions can be directed to Lara Vilahomat at [email protected] or 781-316-3202.
