Are you planning to attend a Children’s program at the Robbins or Fox Library?
Here’s how to do it:
- The library offers programs that are either ticketed, drop-in, or require registration. Please check the Kids events section of our website for date, time, and any notes about our programs.
- Entry to programs begins at the scheduled start time. There is no late entry to Children’s programs. Please be available to enter the program five minutes prior to the listed start time.
- Each program is structured for a specific age group. Please plan on attending programs intended for your child’s age.
- Tickets are available at the Children’s desk half an hour before the scheduled start time for all ticketed events.
- Tickets go fast and space is limited so arrive early to get a ticket.
- Children’s programs are not open to adults without a child in attendance.
- We ask that visitors turn off (or silence) all devices and put them away on entering library programs.
- Please save snacking for after the program. Snacks are permitted in designated snacking areas at Robbins and Fox Branch Libraries.
The library has created procedures for entry and access to children’s programs in order to create equitable access or all, and to create an environment for learning and enjoyment for all attendees. Enforcement of these rules will be conducted in a fair and reasonable manner. Failure to comply with the library’s established rules, regulations and policies could result in library privileges being restricted, including a temporary or permanent trespass order (see Library Policies: Patron Conduct).
